FAQ “Oog & Gappo”

Q: What does the Autoscrolling on/off in Settings do?

A: Autoscrolling turned on means that the book automatically will jump to the next page when all the images and sounds of the current page has finished playing. Turning this off you will have to swipe to get to the next page.


Q: How do I turn off the background music for this application without loosing the rest of the sounds in the story?

A: This can be done in the Settings-screen by changing the background music to OFF - This is done by tapping the “background music”-button. If you wish to turn off all sound you will have to set the volume of your device to zero or mute the sound using the mute-button on your device.


Q: My iPod doesn’t have a volume-button on it. How do I adjust the volume?

A: Tap on Settings in Main Menu to change the volume. This applies to all the sound and music in the application.


Q: You’re saying that this application will be updated in future versions adding new viewing modes - What exactly does this mean?

A: This means that we will be completely redoing the application to look more like our other book “The Bird And The Snail - Knock Knock”. We are going to add more viewing modes and interactivity to this application and turn it into an App Suite similar to “The Bird & The Snail - Knock Knock”.

It will take some time though before this work is completed and remember that if you buy this book at it’s current price and this update will be given to you for FREE.
